Welcome to Core Wellness Studio. 

I'm Andrea,  a Women's Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, who is passionate about empowering Women during Pregnancy, Post Partum & Beyond.

My mission with Core Wellness Studio is to support you to have an active pregnancy and to help you rebuild your strength from the inside out following the birth of your baby, returning to everything you love and more!


My classes, sessions, & clinics aim to offer a relaxed, welcoming and positive space. 

Your Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates session will be engaging and evidenced based to offer you a smart, progressive & mindful workout.

am qualified & experienced working with mums & expectant mums so you will be exercising in safe hands and leave your session feeling invigorated, confident, and informed.

I believe, whatever your starting point and goals, with expert guidance and tailored exercises, you can improve your mobility, strength, pelvic floor, and health and well-being.

After baby, I can support you to reach your goals, whether that is to return to running and you want to be reassured that your body is ready or if you are feeling disconnected from your tummy and want to move with ease during motherhood.
